When in Paris there’s one shopping walhalla you can’t miss and that must be Le Bon Marché. An excellent selection of brands, cosy atmosphere and even a luxurious supermarket… you can discover it all in a beautiful 19th century building on La Rive Gauche. Since June 2017 Le Bon Marché also has its own webshop called 24sevres.
When you’re an established value of this kind, launching a simple online shop is a no-go. It really had to be a digital realization of the department store. Despite the fact that it took them quite a while to the world wide web, 24sevres was worth waiting. The webshop is one of our favorite online destinations at the moment.
The looks & images are actually inspiring
We get that an online shop must have a clean look because too many distractions might confuse customers. However, quite some webshops make you feel like you ended up in a hospital. By which we mean that they’re just not that inspiring. 24sevres doesn’t go over the top when it comes to photography but there’s that little extra in their pictures that makes us want to spend money. Also the looks are definitely on point!
Honestly, by watching the pictures underneath you’re no longer in doubt about buying these Jacquemus heels, right?
A realistic shopping experience
When you’re scrolling down the different categories, inspiring images are passing by in the background. Also, all the items are photographed like how they could be presented in store. This adds a more realistic touch to the shopping experience. It makes us feel like we’re actually walking through Le Bon Marché.
Even the beauty products look good on picture
Even worse on packshot than clothes are beauty products… these look so much better in a nice background.
It’s all clear, in an aesthetic way
All things aesthetic aren’t always practical or clear but this doesn’t count for 24sevres. The copywriting is well done and all you need to know about the item is just a simple click away.
