You’ve probably heard about ‘Robin Joris Dullers’ before, especially if you are a common reader of ENFNTS TERRIBLES. We already used the photographer’s photos in our article about Beyoncé and Rihanna’s gig at Pukkelpop. But also in an exclusive backstage view at Paris Fashion week and more! We love his work and we’re more than happy to bring you something new from the talented photographer today. Berlin hotspots!
Robin Joris Dullers went for a trip to Berlin a few weeks ago. We were just stunned by his photos and decided to publish them in a few different articles. With each article representing a different area and hotspots of Berlin, photographed by Robin Joris Dullers.
Our first Berlin hotspot is close to Checkpoint Charlie, so if you’re planning on visiting that, we suggest you to stop by at this one afterwards. Charlie’s Beach is a trendy beach bar in Berlin-Mitte where you can go to have a drink and relax in the sun. Charlie’s Beach is often visited by locals. That’s mainly because of the beach vibes and the 2 food trucks on the property. Due to its central location directly at Checkpoint Charlie, the beach bar Charlie’s Beach is a favorite among tourists, too.
The Burger de Ville truck is a favorite burger hot spot (with its main base at Ku’damm) for locals. The other food truck is named ‘Woop Woop Icecream’ and is a truck where you can create your own ice cream out of fresh ingredients such as fruits, chocolate and milk in just 30 seconds. Something we desperately want to try out!
Marie-Elisabeth Luders House
The second hotspot is one for the architecture lovers amongst us. The Marie-Elisabeth Luders House is part of the new parliamentary complex in the new government quarter of Berlin. The new complex was built in 2003 and has a very modern feel. The building serves as the scientific service- and infrastructure centre of the Parliament. We can only imagine how cool a fashion editorial at this location would be! This may be a cool idea to work on with Robin Joris Dullers…
