As the Paris fashion week is finally over, it is time to reflect on what we saw on the runways. Designers showcased their women spring/summer 2018 collections and they were fabulous, but what about menswear? Lately, brands have been switching up the fashion week schedules.

Some of the big brands are now showing both women- and menswear during men’s fashion week. Some are doing everything during the women’s fashion week. And others are just doing things on their own by not giving a single fuck about the fashion week calendar – like Vetements, who is showing its collections during couture week.

Although most of the Paris based brands are rather traditional when it comes to breaking old habits, there were a few designers who showed menswear. Isabel Marant, who had never done menswear before, put a few male looks into her ss18 collection. She even had Oliver Sonne (nephew of supermodel Helena Christensen) walking in her show.

Another big menswear moment during Paris fashion week was at the Saint Laurent show. Anthony Vaccarello surely did a great job on his collection for next spring. His men were dressed in skinny black trousers and loose shirts.

Have a look at our favorite menswear silhouettes from Paris fashion week below.
