LVMH just confirmed something that has been rumored for ages. The world’s leader in luxury is finally launching a brand new e-commerce. The webshop will be inspired by its exclusive department store Le Bon Marche in Paris. The new website’s name will be “24 Sevres” after the Rue de Sevres. Which is the location of Le Bon Marche in the 7th arrondissement.
24 Sevres will feature more than 150 brands. Including some of its own brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi and more. The site is going live on the 6th of June in more than 70 countries. The online shop will be a big competitor for sites like Net-a-Porter and MatchesFashion.com and MyTheresa. If you go to www.24sevres.com now, you can’t see anything yet. The only thing you can see is the little text below. Which is encouraging readers to follow them on social media.
