We know that patience is a virtue but waiting might not be our biggest talent. Since the month of March we’re longing to see these FW17 collections in store. Those off-the-shoulder tops and ruffles are lovely, but nothing really beats a good dose of winter layering.
Warsaw-based label MISBHV is taking a little distance from the sweats and hoodies. The brand’s trademark style remains the same, they just took it to another level.
Glenn Marten’s collection for Y/Project was by far one of our favorite shows during fashion week. Slightly dramatic with a good touch of street and denim. For the label’s FW17 lookbook, they went to the designer’s homeland and none other than his friends and family were asked to model.
The asymmetric fastening, oversized ruffles, color blocking, feminine vs masculine styles… Demna for Balenciaga is our FW17 winner.
We just recently discovered this Swedish label (read about it here) and we can’t get enough of it. That silver jumpsuit combined with an asymmetric sweater and oversized parka might just end up in our wardrobes.
LEO BY LEO
The Belgians are clearly on top of their game this season. Leo by leo, created by designer Leonneke Derksen, is quite a newcomer since it’s only the fourth collection of the label. But it’s definitely here to stay. We especially like camel coat and lilac combo out of the FW17 collection.
