Pancakes London

Where is the place that serves the best pancakes in London?

Yesterday was the international pancake day, which got me thinking – what’s the best place in London to have a sublime, fluffy pancake? Pancakes aren’t something I devour very often, because I don’t want to look like a stranded sea creature on the beach this summer. We all know the summer bod is created during winter. Regardless, for those of you who have the metabolism of a 10-year-old and want’s pancake day to be an everyday occasion – here are some suggestions for your indulgence.

The Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club has locations in various places in London and the UK, such as Spitalfields Market, Angel and Brighton.

Their location in Spitalfields Market is pretty cool, decked out with a neon sign that says: “Sex, Drugs and Bacon Rolls”.

They have two different types of pancakes: one served with bacon & maple syrup and one with berries & cream.

I will stand by the pancakes with berries and cream through thick and thin.

Dutch Pancakes at Camden Market

Camden Market is a food market that has such an incredibly wide array of food to sample. From Indian food to homemade pasta to sweets – you can find everything here.

One of my favorite stalls there is the Dutch Pancakes one that serves the most fluffy tiny pancakes with different toppings. If you’re a Nutella lover then you’ll obsess over the pancakes with Nutella and strawberries. If you’re not a Nutella lover – then quite frankly I don’t want anything to do with you.

Address: 32 Camden Lock Pl, London NW1 8AL

Trade is a fabulous little coffee shop in East London, serving up fantastic coffee and the most delightful sandwiches.

It is my go-to place when I’m craving avocado on toast with poached eggs. If you’re aiming for a not so healthy meal – then satisfy your sugary cravings with their pancakes.

You’ll get a stack of three buttermilk pancakes and you can add toppings such as chocolate chips, peanut butter, blueberry compote or egg & bacon.

Address: 47 Commercial Street, London E1 6BD

Chiltern Firehouse

Chiltern Firehouse serves up a fabulous pancake, made of buttermilk and served with blueberries, maple syrup and crème fraîche. The popular hotel still houses one of the most sought-after restaurants and eating pancakes for brunch there is equally as fabulous as enjoying their crab doughnuts for dinner.

Address: 1 Chiltern St, Marylebone, London W1U 7PA
