Milan Fashion Week is going strong and by strong we mean STRONG. Alessandro Michele mixed the 80’s, tweed, Disney and Sega references into a triumphant Gucci collection. Giorgia Tordini and Gilda Ambrosio created a wonderful eclectic interplay at Attico. The Prada girls got rid of their feathers. And Fendi was all about triangle shapes and prints.

Another pretty revelation is the British Hillier Bartley. Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier just created their third collection and it’s quite easy on the eyes. The two designers launched their own label after they turned 40, with success! Every season their goal is to explore what kind of femininity feels modern. It’s not because you reach a certain age as a woman that you should start wearing V-neck wraps combined with V-neck cardigans. More of this, please!
