5 Songs That Should Stay In 2016

It’s the last week of 2016 and I couldn’t be any happier that this year of fuckery will finally be over. I won’t be doing a roundup of all the terrible things that happened this year. I simply still can’t comprehend how there are IDIOTS who vote for Donald Trump. It makes me sick to my stomach to realize that his face will be all over 2017. Ugh. But there’s more that makes me nauseous. Here are the 5 crappiest songs that trended in 2016.

Human – Rag’n’Bone Man

I can’t think of a proper argument that states why I can’t stand this song. I just can’t. But this is my article so I will do whatever the fuck I want. And a lot of people will probably hate me for putting this song on this list (like half my school) but I don’t care. I HATE IT.

My Way – Calvin Harris

Calvin Harris, victim number 192 of the evil witch that is Taylor Swift, tried writing a song about their breakup. Kind of ironic because Swift built her career on doing this. But Calvin Harris should not try this a second time because it will break his career. I will give him a pat on his back for his vocals though, I was fairly surprised about his voice.

Don’t Mind – Kent Jones

Every time this song comes on, it makes me want to rip my ears off of my head. It also kind of baffles me that people actually LISTEN to songs like this shit. Or that someone is able to come up with these kind of lyrics. He said Konnichiwa, I say SAYONARA.

Black Beatles – Rae Sremmurd

We’ve all been witness of a trend called the Mannequin challenge. Rooms filled with people that freeze their actions and ‘Black Beatles’ playing in the background. My wish for the new year is that this song freezes and stays in 2016.

Can’t Stop The Feeling – Justin Timberlake

But out of all the songs that were trending in 2016, I hate this one the most. Apparently a new animation movie called Trolls appeared this year, and to promote it they let Justin Timberlake make the soundtrack. The result is the most uncreative, over the top, annoying ass song of the year. To make it even worse, everybody loved it for some reason and it was EVERYWHERE. Now I can’t stop this feeling of hate.

So there you go, these are the songs that annoyed me the most this year. They’ll probably stay in 2016, which is a good thing. But I bet some idiot is going to come up with some songs in 2017 that will annoy me even more. I will gladly be sharing them with you in 2017. But let’s mainly focus on the good music, there will be plenty!

Happy New Year!
