5 Ingredients to Throw the Best House Party According to Bacardi

Everybody that’s ever been to a house party knows: there’s no better way to dance, drink, and chat with your friends. To help you organize a little gathering at your house, we made a handy guide with Bacardi. Believe us when we say that our five tips will definitely spice up your next house party.

1. Spicy music

A good playlist is absolutely essential when organizing a house party because it has a massive influence on the vibe. DJ Zoey Hasselbank collected her go-to party songs in a spicy playlist, and we’re sure you won’t sit still once these songs blast through the speakers.

2. Spicy chats

Not in the mood to dance? Get comfortable on the couch and have a chat with your friends about the future and past or play a little drinking game. Dilemmas are always a good way to introduce subjects to talk about, but don’t let it get too heated.

3. Spicy drinks

Are you bored of the usual cocktails and looking for something new to surprise your friends? Well, try the delicious ‘Spiced n’ Stormy’. All you need is:

  • 50 ml Bacardi Spiced Rum
  • 100 ml ginger beer
  • Two shots Angostura Bitters
  • One slice lemon

4. Spicy food

It’s important to never drink on an empty stomach, so be sure to get some food to start the evening. Ordering food has several advantages: everybody can eat what they want, you don’t need to stand in the kitchen for hours, and the leftovers are the best midnight snacks you can imagine.

5. Spicy friends

A good party really depends on the people that are there, so it’s important to invite the right friends to come over. Quality always goes over quantity. Pick friends that are nice to chat, drink, and dance with. But don’t forget: you’re all in it together, so make sure they help with cleaning up the house when the party is over.
