Tezenis FW18
Last week, Italian underwear brand Tezenis organized its FW18 show in Verona. With the word “show”, we want to highlight that it wasn’t just about models walking back and forth on the runway. There were dancers, an extremely enthusiastic audience and oh yes, none other than Paris Hilton behind the DJ booth. If the Italians can do one thing, besides designing underwear, it’s organizing a spectacle. That’s for sure.
The collection itself can be best described as sexy and playful with a wink to the ’90s and early 2000s. There was a lot of lace and ultra-feminine cuts for the ladies, combined with velvet or flower-printed homewear. Also latex, glitter and sheer fabrics were omnipresent. Besides the rock, glitter and glamour, there was a playful side to the collection too with a Simpsons and Mickey Mouse print. One thing’s for sure: Tezenis won’t let this fall and winter pass by unnoticed.
The menswear collection was a bit more basic since nothing honestly beats a good old pair of boxers. Simply combine it with an unbuttoned flannel shirt and you’re ready to go.
