The 15-sunglasses-counting collection is a great representation of the versatility in design aesthetics of the five master students that conclude years of hard work this summer.
The Belgian eyewear brand is known for giving young creatives a platform and will extend that in the future with the launch of KOMONO NEXT. The project functions as a continuous experiment exploring the boundaries of fashion accessories by giving young upcoming creatives from all over the world a chance. The partnership with the fashion department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp is one of the first bigger projects that is a part of KOMONO NEXT, and it won’t be the last.
