Introducing the Four Stage Hosts of Celebration of Life 2022

After a successful first edition in May, it was only a matter of time before we would crawl back to the Trix in Antwerp for the second edition of the party concept Celebration Of Life. For two nights, you can once again enjoy the most diverse and inclusive lineup spread across three stages. Expect blood-hot techno, drag queens, and also some very exciting live acts. To help you find your way around the lineup, we’re introducing the four stage hosts who will host their favorite acts this edition.

The main ingredients for Celebration Of Life are togetherness, inclusivity, respect, and love, which are also represented in their lineup. On Friday, Celebration Of Life invites Lucia Lu, Øtta, Parfait, and Waynette to their Red Room for thrilling sets. On Saturday, you can get into the groove with Dj PacoNene HPeachlyfe, and Schake in the Green Room. But there’s more, so let us introduce the four stage hosts and their stellar lineups:

1. Scandals

Celebration Of Life is organized by Fanklub, so it’s no surprise that their party concept Scandals, whose whole visual identity is based on cheap gossip magazines and big corporations like McDonald’s, gets its own stage. On Friday, they will see sets by The XX’s Romy, who just released her absolute banger “Strong” with Fred again…, and a very special b2b set by Eris Drew and Octa Octa. Furthermore, rising phenomenons Lignac and Mariona join the lineup of the Orange Room for a full night of absolute bangers.

2. FETCH

What would a Friday night be without all the best pop hits? Right, a very boring one. That’s why the Belgian drag collective FETCH occupies the Yellow Room with their drag extravaganza and hosts a very eclectic lineup of acts and DJs. Of course, House Of Lux will return after their triumphal appearance during the first edition. Also appearing are drag legends Angel 666Veronika DeneuveAthena SorgilikisKrasna, and Omega, just like Antwerp’s finest Kate Mess and Rost Goed. Pop girlies, we’ll see you there!

3. Zaika

If you’re not done partying after one night, we can proudly tell you that you’re in for a thrill in the Purple Room on Saturday. The Antwerp-based intimate dance party concept Zaika welcomes all kinds of animals for an exciting evening. After freshly celebrating their first anniversary some weeks ago, they are ready to throw a big party with their own Dana Montana. Besides the absolute DJ-icon, you can also catch sets by Brussels-based Zouzibabe and Ukraine’s finest Alis and Cheka. If you’re into trance and techno, this is your place to be!

4. Simulated Paradise

Everybody who wants to enjoy some live music in between sets should go to the Blue Room hosted by Simulated Paradise. Founded by Promis3, this collective works as a label and creative boutique for other artists and has also organized some legendary parties in the past. Of course, Promis3 will perform a live show and Angel Constellation will do a DJ set, but they invited some of the most thrilling rave acts to make it even more exciting. Babynymph will set the house on fire with an unforgettable performance, TAAHLIAH will show why the hype about her is justified, and HE4RTBROKEN DJs are ready to unleash their craziness.

Celebration Of Life takes place on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd of December in Trix Antwerp. Secure your tickets before it’s too late.
