Forget the resume and the elevator pitch. Who are you, really?

Girls @ Work: We are Dana Montana en Babu, the founders of “Girls @ Work” – a multidisciplinary establishment that fuses dj’ing, performance, fashion, all kinds of clownery, and of course, our party! The idea for the concept has been in the air for a while now, but Antwerp Pride served as a lovely occasion to finally launch our adventure.

The name ‘Girls @ Work’ feels like a definitive statement. What’s the story behind how you landed on that concept?

Girls @ Work: Well, the “Girls” are us, and we are “@ Work”! For quite a while now, we have been fascinated with the idea of a corporate fantasy, dressing up in business attire on different occasions. So while looking for a concept name, this made perfect sense. Now we actually have our “company” – we mean business, but with a playful approach in everything we do. As a multidisciplinary concept, we have different “departments,” you may say.

And what about everyone else? Tell us about the whos and whys of your concepts.

Get Wet: We are Vlad Solovov and Stanislav Tweeman, and we’re launching a brand-new concept called Get Wet — a bold, sweaty, feel-good Sunday daytime party to close Antwerp Pride weekend with a splash.

Oh Honey: I’m Rob, and I’m the founder of Oh Honey — a bold, sweaty, and unapologetically queer techno rave that’s all about freedom, connection, and celebrating our bodies on the dance floor. Oh Honey has been going strong for three years now, and it has become known for its diverse crowd and inclusive lineups. Every night is carefully curated — and for Pride, we’re throwing down at TRAUM together with the female-driven queer party Radar.

We are exactly everything a circuit party isn’t — no body standards, no VIP lists, no commercial bullshit: just pure queer energy, sweaty connection, and real freedom. And yes, absolutely no cameras allowed on the dance floor.

Radar: I am Mariona, one of the co-founders of RADAR, alongside my friends Jorgina, Stella, and Nare. RADAR is about curation and is built slowly with care. the music, the people, the atmosphere, and the space that surrounds us. We care about who’s behind the decks and who’s in front of them. It’s intimate, intentional, and always a little chaotic, but in the best way.

What kind of energy are you trying to create for your night this weekend?

Oh Honey: Think industrial warehouse meets queer euphoria. It’s dark, sexy, inclusive, and a bit chaotic in the best way. The venue already gives that raw, industrial vibe. The line-up in both rooms complements this atmosphere perfectly. You’ll feel the bass in your chest, bodies pressed close, friends screaming when their favorite drop hits — but there’s also softness in the toilets, calm in the smoking area, and little “you okay?” glances from strangers. It’s a rave — but it’s also a community. A chosen family in sweat and leather.

Radar: Think summer, think garden, think tinto de verano and margaritas. Think of friends, and think of dancing all night long to good music. That’s the energy we’re channeling — warm, loose, a little dreamy, but with rhythm at the center. TRAUM gives us the perfect backdrop — raw and open, dark but not cold. And the balcony, where we host RADAR, feels like a secret little world of its own. It’s small, intimate, lined with windows that overlook the club — like watching the night unfold from above, while still being completely inside it.

Get Wet: Think, Ibiza fantasy meets your favorite summer holiday memory. It’s sweaty, soft, flirtatious — and just the right amount of silly. A space to feel free, fabulous, and maybe a little sun-kissed (even if it’s indoors).

A little birdie told me that Get Wet and Girls @ Work are adding some extras to their nights. Beyond the main show, what surprises should people be on the lookout for?

Get Wet: We’re bringing the beach indoors. From inflatables to tropical plants, we want people to feel like they just stumbled into a queer vacation fantasy. Our DJ booth is built as an island, surrounded by dancers and friends. You’re not just watching the party — you’re part of it

Girls @ Work: Performance, tomfoolery.

We’ve talked about the vibe, but let’s get into the actual music. What sounds can people expect this weekend?

Girls @ Work: In the best traditions of Pride, the key words are fierce & sexy! We want people to celebrate themselves and each other, feel their oats on the dancefloor. The lineup also consists entirely of FLINTA* artists, which we are also very proud of.

Oh Honey: We serve techno, house, and everything in between — depending on the room and the DJ. Expect high energy, unexpected turns, and absolutely no genre snobbery.

Get Wet: Expect a blend of classic and new-school progressive house, trance, a splash of sexy house, and even some ballroom influences if the moment calls for it. Euphoric, emotional, but still very much about dancing.

Radar: House music and everything in between, all shades, all flavors, all moods. Radar is lezzie, is sexy, chaotic, and it’s messy. And always unexpected.
