It’s been a couple of years now that A.P.C. has been launching its seasonal capsule collection dubbed A.P.C. U.S. produced in the USA. For Fall 2018 Jean Touitou, founder of A.P.C., gave in to the logo-mania. With that in mind, he designed a small set of casual sportswear.
This was the perfect opportunity to call on Michael Kopelman, an official member of the royal family of streetwear, who in his turn brought in another team member Stephan Jay Rayon. He’s the French-born graphic designer responsible for making the A.P.C. logo for the U.S. project. An inside source told us that Jean Touitou’s first reaction was outrage. Though, after a few minutes, he had embraced these new logos as his own.
Lastly, this A.P.C. U.S. collection for Fall 2018 will be very limited. The official drop, set for July 19, will include ten tees, 12 sweaters and two track pants.
