Bag Brand KAAI Collaborates With Igor Dieryck On A Gender-Neutral Crossbody Bag

For this newest collaboration, Belgian bag brand KAAI collaborated with Igor Dieryck. He’s a recent graduate from the fashion department at the Royal Academy of Antwerp and is now a junior designer at Hermès. Together they created ‘Faded’: a compact unisex bag that grabs your attention with its exciting colors. The print is also found throughout Dieryck’s graduation collection YESSIR.

With this collaboration, KAAI and Igor want to support the positive evolution of gender fluidity and try to stimulate diversity and inclusion, two issues that aren’t always prevalent. The color fading is Igor’s signature look that he created by using watercolor paints and enhanced digitally. There’s also one small and very sweet detail to be found on the bag: a small piece of text written by Igor’s grandfather.

‘Faded’ is available in-store and online starting at the end of May.
