Celine Ready-To-Wear Spring/Summer 2020 Runway Show

Hedi Slimane presented a perfect version of the ’70s Parisienne at the Celine runway yesterday. It was a summer sequel to the FW19 collection in which he reintroduced the original Celine woman. Think French bourgeoisie with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll.

High-waisted flared jeans played a central part in the collection, same as last season. However denim has officially been accepted in the highest of ranks in fashion, it still adds a touch of je ne sais quoi to luxury. Opposite to this casual touch, there are the pleated silk dresses and luxurious looking fabrics.

Admire the most remarkable looks shot by Robin Joris Dullers.
