Designer Darlings: Noémie Wolfs Shines in Her Dries Van Noten Coat

Our series Designer Darlings was on a little break, but we’re back and very happy to share more interesting personalities and their favorite item. Captured by our always wonderful friend and photographer Ines Vansteenkiste-Muylle, Belgian singer Noémie Wolfs shines in her beautiful Dries Van Noten coat.

These past few months, we already collaborated with ten friends of ours on our series. From Kofi von Ohene to Krietjur and Paulien Riemis, they all brought their A-game and showed us some cool designer pieces that we want to own ourselves too.

Dries Van Noten coat

Our music darling and frequent collaborator Noémie Wolfs couldn’t be missed in our Designer Darlings series because the Belgian singer has some pretty exquisite items in her closet. For our little photoshoot, she decided to bring her oversized Dries Van Noten coat, “I love to support Belgian designers, and Dries just has so many timeless pieces that it’s a joy to invest in them.”

According to Noémie, the coat is quite atypical for Van Noten because it’s pretty different from his usual design aesthetic. “Dries loves to play with prints and shapes, but also has some edgy pieces in every collection that I love, so the coat is absolutely one of them,” she says about the piece she fell in love with during a photoshoot and bought. Who would we be to disagree because the piece is absolutely stunning!
