Walter Van Beirendonck belongs among the most important Belgian designers and has influenced the fashion world with his unique approach. While he decided to leave Antwerp’s Fashion Academy earlier this year, he’s still working on his own collections and debuted a brand new collaboration with the Belgian eyewear brand KOMONO in January. The two shades are now available and are definitely real eye-catchers!
The shades come in two options and are inspired by vintage diving masks, which result in a very maximalist yet sophisticated shape. The sunglasses were used during his OTHERWORLDLY show at Paris Fashion Week and became an immediate must-have statement piece for every fashion-loving-sunglasses enthusiast.
The sunglasses will be available from September 1st in selected stores, the KOMONO stores, and online for 249 euro.
