Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami reunite to reimagine their iconic collaboration with a new re-edition collection. Celebrating two decades of creativity, the collection revives Murakami’s signature colorful designs with enhanced craftsmanship and technology.

A Legacy Reimagined

Originally launched in the early 2000s, Murakami’s playful motifs, including the Monogram Multicolore and Superflat Panda, make a vibrant return across handbags, accessories, and footwear. With over 200 meticulously crafted pieces, the collection breathes new life into Louis Vuitton’s timeless designs, blending innovation with artistic heritage.

Chapter Two: Cherry Blossom Collection

March 2025 introduces the second chapter, drawing inspiration from Japan’s beloved sakura season. Featuring over 40 pieces, the Cherry Blossom motif graces an array of City Bags, luxury travel trunks, and accessories. The collection captures the essence of renewal and optimism, with Zendaya starring in the campaign, embodying the spirit of spring in striking visuals.

A Global Celebration

To commemorate the launch, Louis Vuitton unveils immersive retail displays, pop-ups, and a dynamic advertising campaign. The re-edition will be available for pre-order online from March 14, 2025, and in stores worldwide from March 21. This revival of the Louis Vuitton x Murakami collaboration reaffirms its enduring cultural significance, appealing to both longtime collectors and a new generation of fashion enthusiasts.
