M.I.A. Drops First Merch Line in Collaboration with Astrid Andersen

You might have had multiple eargasms after listening to M.I.A.’s latest album titled AIM, released in September ’16. As we speak she’s preparing her world tour this fall. And to mark this occasion, she has dropped her first line of merch in collaboration with Danish cool kid Astrid Andersen.

The first M.I.A. merch line

After completing her first Fall 2017 collection for women, the Danish fashion designer already had the ultimate Astrid Andersen-girl in mind. “She was the benchmark for cool women who would wear my new collection—so when she called me, I was mega-excited”, said Astrid about M.I.A. to Vogue.

We expected nothing less from this creative duo. The musicians’ very first merch line, which is launching today, includes orange and black anoraks, track pants and t-shirts. The good news is, the pricetags won’t go higher than $160.

The collection will be available today on M.I.A.’s new commerce site. But for the time being, take a look at some of the pieces.
