Our 6 Favorite Fragrances to Add That Extra Luxurious Touch

A perfume is not just something to stop you from smelling bad, it’s an accessory of the senses. So, picking the right one for you is an important task. Here is a list of fragrances that we love to add that extra luxurious touch to your daily life.

1. Louis Vuitton California Dream — Cologne Parfum

The moment you smell this fragrance, you’re transported to the California coast. With hints of tangerine, ambrette, and benzoin, this brand-new perfume is practically a sunset in a bottle.

Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, Louis Vuitton’s master perfumer, explains the scent a bit more, “My starting point was to create a warmth that envelops a freshness. This contract of explosive freshness and softer tones creates this paradox on the skin.”

Price: €225 (100 ml)

2. Yves Saint Laurent L’HOMME

Although the name may translate to “The Man”, we don’t care for gender roles. This scent is perfect for anyone who likes woody scents with notes of lemon, cardamom, and cedarwood. With the slogan #SpreadYourMagnetism, this perfume is bound to attract something. We don’t know what exactly, though.

Price: €109,50 (100 ml)

3. Le Labo Thé Noir Eau de Parfum

The name basically speaks for itself. This scent is inspired by the smell of black tea with floral, spicy, and woody nuances. This fragrance is Le Labo’s most popular scent for a reason. It’s a classic and embodies the feeling of afternoon tea.

Price: €237 (100 ml)

4. Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille

We didn’t think perfume could go viral, but here we are. If you want to know what Harry Styles smells like, you have to buy this fragrance. After posting a picture of the bottle on his Instagram, fans of the singer started buying this fragrance to get the chance to smell their favorite celebrity. Tom Ford aspired to make this one smell like an English gentlemen’s club with hints of tonka bean, vanilla, cacao, dried fruit, and licorice.

Price: €286,13 (100 ml)

5. Gucci Mémoire d’une Odeur

Although perfume brands love to advertise their scents specifically for a certain gender, Gucci describes this fragrance to be perfect for your husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, and so on. This enchanting and elegant scent is composed of Indian coral jasmine for softness, combined with precious musk and warm sandalwood, topped with an irresistible vanilla scent. Plus, Harry Styles wears this one as well; he was actually one of the faces of Gucci’s campaign. I swear we’re not only choosing scents Harry wears, but this just proves the man has taste.

Price: €105,63 (100 ml)

6. Dior Homme

Dior’s Parfumeur-Créateur François Demachy explains the scent best, “Dior Homme avoids all male clichés. It explores a new, immediate masculinity, which is exceptionally complex.” This woody-fresh perfume reminds us of sitting around the fireplace on a hot summer’s night. It also doesn’t hurt that the face of Dior’s advertising campaign is actor Robert Pattinson.

Price: €90 (100 ml)
