“Daddy” is in our opinion her best song so far. The heavy beats slap hard and work perfectly with her smooth voice. In this slick production, Lyna seems to rap and sing with a flawless ease that make it feel so refreshing. With the first line “I like a daddy with Balenciaga shoes!” she won us over and made us bop to her track from the second the beat dropped. Her previous single “Booty” already slapped hard, but ‘Daddy’ is on a whole other level.
The accompanying music video, shot in Los Angeles, sees her wearing some nice fits and serves some serious summer vibes that will make you forget the cold days in seconds. Watch out for LYNA, because she’s about to get major.
