Toast to the End of Summer With Bombay’s Citron Pressé Gin

It’s officially September, but we’re not ready to close the book on another hot and festive summer. Instead, we’re sneaking in some last blissful summer moments by celebrating the end of summer with some delicious gin and tonic. And Bombay’s newest flavor Bombay Citron Pressé is perfect for that celebration. The newly distilled gin is made from a 100% natural fruit infusion with a refreshing flavor of freshly squeezed Mediterranean lemons, balanced with vibrant hints of Juniper berries. 1. Citron Pressé and Tonic

Ingredients:

– 50ml (5cl) Bombay Citron Pressé

– 100ml (10cl) premium tonic

– A squeezed lemon wedge that’s also used as garnish

– Copa, white wine or highball glass

Method of preparation
Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour everything in the glass, and stir. Add the squeezed lemon, and your drink is ready to serve.

2. The ultimate Tom Collins

Ingredients

– 50ml (5cl) Bombay Citron Pressé

– 15ml (1,5cl) freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 10ml (1cl) sugar syrup (2:1 ratio)/ can sugar (or 1 teaspoon white granulated sugar)

– Around 75ml of chilled seltzer

– A lemon wedge (garnish)

– A cherry (optional)

– Highball glass

Method of preparation
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour everything in the glass, and stir. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a cherry, and serve it up. If you use granulated sugar, dissolve the granulated sugar before you add the ice cubes and seltzer.

3. Pressé & Cloudy Lemonade

Ingredients

– 50ml (5cl) Bombay Citron Pressé

– 100ml (10cl) lemonade

– A lemon wedge (garnish)

– A sprig of mint

– Highball or a white wine glass

Method of preparation
Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour everything in the glass, and stir. Add the lemon wedge and the sprig of mint, and you’re done.

4. White Lady

Ingredients

– 50ml (5cl) Bombay Citron Pressé

– 20ml (2cl) freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 20ml (2cl) Cointreau

– 10 ml (2cl) sugar syrup (2:1 ratio)

– Around 15-20ml egg white or Aquafaba

– A lemon wedge (garnish)

– Preferably a chilled coupette glass or a chilled Martini glass

Method of preparation
Shake the drink hard and strain it. After pouring it into the glass, garnish it with the lemon wedge, and you’re ready to enjoy your delicious White Lady.
