Travis Scott Reveals Trailer, Cover Art and Release Date for His New Album ‘Astroworld’

The last few years have been hectic for Houston born rapper Travis Scott. Besides becoming the father of one of the world’s most famous babies, he’s also been making new music. For what it’s worth, the snippet of his single to be is pretty good.

It’s been going on for a few days now that Scott began teasing us with the release of Astroworld. If you’ve seen the enormous golden sculpture of his head on the roof of Amoeba Music in Los Angeles, you would’ve known something was going on.

After the gigantic sculpture, another Travis-head emerged outside of the Minute Maid Park in Houston. Finally, a few tweets later he presented us the cover art for his third studio album, made by David Lachapelle. Then everything made sense. Hopefully, the Travis-head will be a thing during his live performances.

The Astroworld trailer

We haven’t heard any other leaked tracks because we want the full listening experience when the album drops. So, for now, we’re settling with the artwork and trailer, for his album ‘Astroworld’, he shared online. Travis recently took to his Twitter to announce that his album will be out on August 3, 2018. Since he’s a father now, we’re eager to hear the subjects he’ll rap about on this album. Alongside the release date for Astroworld, he also dropped a trailer, in which he played his future single dubbed Stargazing.

Take a look at the 2-minute trailer below.
