Fashion week may have ended weeks ago, but that doesn’t mean we have seen all of the Spring/Summer 2020 collections. Hedi Slimane decided to skip fashion week and release his Celine ready-to-wear Spring/Summer collection now.
Teasers on the social media of Celine hinted to a Monaco inspired collection, but we did not see a lot of Monaco. In the runway video, that was directed and styled by Hedi Slimane, we see a group of young models — including Kaia Gerber — on the tracks of a fully Celine-branded stadium.
The soundtrack of this young but chique presentation was “I Like Him”, performed by Princess Nokia.
