Holiday Treats Pt 1: Meet the Maison Christian Dior Scents

Even though we were trying to hold on to summer as long as possible, there’s no more escaping… the holidays are coming. Unless you want another pair of pajamas or socks under that tree, we suggest you provide your relatives with a decent list. You’re completely clueless and have no idea what to ask for besides that iPhone Xs you’ll never get? That’s where we come in (enter ENFNTS TERRIBLES… drum roll), we’ll be helping you the upcoming weeks by writing about gifts we’d like to receive. First on our list: a box filled with Maison Christian Dior scents. It’s not because we’ll never get an iPhone that we have to be cheap!

Moms, we hope y’all be reading this. Take notes!

Perfume couture

Besides the more commercial Dior scents we all know such as J’adore and Sauvage, there’s also the Maison Christian Dior collection of perfumes, candles, soaps and scrubs. It’s a more exclusive range of exquisite scents. The packaging is cleaner, more old school pharmacy like. We did a little test and the bottles basically look fantastic everywhere you put them (important detail).

The scents are created by François Demachy, perfumer – creator and the main nose at Dior. He continues with gusto an important tradition of the French house. A tradition that started at the Château de La Colle Noire, where Christian Dior built his own flower garden. It was at this chateau that his passion for scents was born.

Now if you don’t mind, we’re going to continue sniffing that Figue Méditerranée candle…

The collection is sold in selected stores and in the Dior webshop. All products are wrapped by hand and sent to you in a beautiful Maison Christian Dior gift box.
