This Is the Queer Tv Series the Internet Is Buzzing About

Once in a while, the LGBTQ+ community loses its cool. It’s usually about something Beyoncé or Rihanna did. This time, though, the buzz was all about a queer TV series called ‘Pose’. We obviously had to get to the bottom of this craze and do some serious research (read: binge watch the entire season in one single day).

Pose is set in the world of 1987 and tells the story of a queer community that is struggling to survive. The TV series gives you an interesting view into the ’80s ballroom culture in New York. It was co-created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Steven Canals.

Largest transgender cast ever

Pose features the largest cast of transgender actors in series regular roles ever, as well as the largest recurring cast of LGBTQ actors ever for a scripted series. The transgender cast includes Mj Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross, who co-star alongside Evan Peters, Kate Mara, James Van Der Beek, Billy Porter, Charlayne Woodard, and newcomers Ryan Jamaal Swain, Dyllón Burnside and Angel Bismark Curiel. These are a bunch of names to remember!

Watch the trailer of Pose and get ready for some binge watching.
