The brand has been hyping this new launch up for weeks, with claims like “clinically proven to plump lips by up to 40% in 4 weeks”. It’s no surprise that the product sold out upon hitting the web, but thankfully we were just on time to get our hands on it.
At first glance, the packaging is signature Inkey List – clean, minimalistic, and letting the product speak for itself. No excessive glamour, just the promise of results. And did it deliver? Almost entirely!
Lip filler in a tube?
Here’s the nuance: If you’re looking for a magical transformation – to what fillers might offer – this might not be your holy grail. However, almost all its other claims are true. The immediate effect is a deeply moisturizing sensation that soothes the lips, making them incredibly soft and supple.
This immense hydration does give the illusion of fuller lips. While the “40% more volume” claim might feel a bit ambitious, the moisture definitely offers natural plumpness by eliminating lines and dry, flaky patches. Your lips don’t just feel better, they look healthier and, in effect, fuller. But it won’t create what’s not there yet. In other words: it won’t be a Kylie Jenner transformation.
