A Vintage Burberry Trench Coat

There are only a few designer items that are as iconic as a Burberry trench coat. Because even after all these years, the coat is still an eye-catcher on the street. “This coat is such a classic and is a piece you wear for the rest of your life,” Paulien says about the coat she found in a luxury vintage market in Antwerp together with her boyfriend. Since they both fell in love with it, they decided to buy the trench and alternately wear it. Another fun thing about the coat is that you can also wear it inside out. Making the jacket stand out even more because of the iconic Burberry pattern.

When asked about how she likes to combine the coat the most, Riemis responds: “I love to wear something casual like jeans and a T-shirt underneath it. Because it’s already a statement piece on its own. But I also like to combine it with something more special like a maxi skirt.”
